Meghan Wagner
Township Council 1st District
Meaghan Wagner is the Councilperson for the 1st District. She was elected in 2021 and sworn in on January 3rd, 2022. She was raised in Delaware County as the oldest of 5 and is a graduate of Archbishop Prendergast, Temple and Temple Law. Meaghan is a former Delaware County Prosecutor and now owns and operates her own law firm, Wagner Law.
Lisa Faraglia
Township Council 2nd District
Lisa Faraglia serves as the Second District Councilwoman in Upper Darby. She has lived in Upper Darby Township for most of her life. She graduated from Upper Darby High School and attended Delaware County Community College and later went on to attend Penn State. She is worked for the Crozer Keystone Health System for 24 years and has worked for Delaware County for the past 4 years.
She has served as a councilwoman in Upper Darby for district 2-4 since 2008. She is also a member of the Comprehensive Plan Committee for Upper Darby.
She has served on Holy Cross CYO Board for several years along with the Holy Cross Social committee, Cardinal O’Hara Lady Lions Booster club and Bonner Football Booster club.
She is passionate about the challenges of her position as a Council member of the Upper Darby Township Council. She strongly believes that Upper Darby is a great place to raise a family and work hard to try and keep it a good place to live.
Lisa Faraglia has been married to her husband Steve for 28 years and has 2 children, who went through the Upper Darby School district. My husband and I are active supporters of Holy Cross Church.
Brian Andruszko
Township Council 3rd District
A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and an Upper Darby native, Brian Andruszko has been heavily involved throughout the community especially within Saint Bernadette’s Parish. There, he has been the Vice President of CYO, Development Chair of the Advisory Board, and the President of the Alumni Association. In his professional career, Brian works as a financial analyst for Lockheed Martin.
Upper Darby is near and dear to Brian. It has been his home for the past 24 years, and believes the township is a special place that offers things you will not find anywhere else.
Brian is honored to have been elected to serve as the representative for Upper Darby’s 3rd District. He is a strong believer in bi-partisanship and looks forward to working with all members on council to ensure success for the township and all of its residents.
Jack Kelly
Constable
Jack is a lifelong resident of Upper Darby Township and a graduate of Monsignor Bonner Catholic High School. He is also a graduate of the Pennsylvania Municipal Police Academy, Pennsylvania State Constable Academy, Pennsylvania Sheriff’s Academy at Dickinson Law School, and is certified annually with the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency. His dedication to law enforcement spans over 40 years, as he has held positions as Constable, Deputy Constable, and Delaware County Deputy Sheriff. Jack remains involved in the township as a member of Saint Eugene’s Parish, as well as a SAL Member of the American Legion, Post 214, Upper Darby. He is also a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks.
